Hi, I’m Masha! I’m passionate about helping teams and leaders thrive by embracing Agile ways of working. There’s nothing more rewarding to me than seeing people become happier, more motivated, and empowered to deliver real results.

Over the years, I’ve worn many hats—from Agile practitioner to Enterprise Agile Coach—and I’ve had the privilege of guiding teams and organizations toward healthier, more customer-focused, and outcome-driven ways of working.

At Agile Apothecary, I work with companies to navigate large-scale Agile transformations, drawing from my experience at Rakuten, Indeed, and McKinsey. Beyond consulting, I love teaching—so much so that over 130,000 students from around the world have joined my online courses, where I’ve earned a stellar average rating.

What drives me is simple: I love seeing people grow, connect, and create meaningful change in their work and lives. Whether it’s through coaching, workshops, or training, my goal is always to help people find joy in what they do and unlock their full potential.
