YOU MAY RECOGNIZE THIS

You are not alone in feeling this way.

You may be thinking about a big decision, feeling pulled in different directions, or sensing that something needs to change - even if you can't name it yet.

From the outside, everything may look fine. Inside, it can feel confusing, heavy, or just not quite right.

You keep circling the same decision

You've thought about it from every angle, but nothing feels clear

icon 3.png

You feel pulled in several directions

Different priorities, people and goals are competing for your attention

icon 4.png

You know something needs to change

But you're not sure what, where to start or what really matters most

icon 5.png

You're carrying expectations

You wonder how much of what you're doing is truly your choice

icon 1.png

You feel disconnected from yourself

You're functioning well, but it doesn't feel meaningful anymore

icon 6.png

You have options but none feels right

There are possibilities, yet you can't sense the right next step

WHAT IS A CLARITY SESSION?

Not just a conversation.
A starting point for clarity

A Clarity session is a 60-minute one-to-one coaching conversation that helps you move from a confusing, tangled or emotionally heavy situation toward clearer understanding and direction.

We will explore what is happening, how it affects you, what patterns or expectations may be shaping the situation, and what the deeper coaching topic might be

We will NOT complete an entire coaching journey in one session or solve all the problems.

But we can begin by identifying the real issue beneath the surface

ChatGPT Image Aug 6, 2026, 10_22_28 AM.png

What you think the problem is

What is actually going on

Where clarity begins

Understanding the right problem is already part of the solution

WHAT YOU MAY LEAVE WITH

One session.

Many meaningful outcomes

A clearer understanding of the real issue

You may realize that the problem is not exactly where you thought it was

01

A defined coaching topic

We may identify a deeper theme you can continue exploring through coaching, reflection or other forms of support

02

A different way of seeing the situation

Sometimes progress begins not with an answer but with a more useful question

03

A practical next step

You may leave with a conversation to have, a decision to explore, an experiment to try, or something you are ready to stop carrying

04

Every session is unique and tailored to you. Clarity may look like a decision, a reframed question,

a stronger boundary, or simply a more honest understanding of what is happening

REAL STORIES. REAL CLARITY

Topics clients came with...
...and what the real coaching topic turned out to be

Every Clarity session starts with a question.

What we discover together often leads to something deeper.

CAREER CONFUSION

"I need to find the right career"

Emily came to coaching after years of learning. She had completed courses, earned certifications, explored different fields and genuinely enjoyed discovering new ideas.

But when it came to choosing a direction, every option felt like giving something else up. The more possibilities she created, the harder it became to move forward.

During our first Clarity Session, it became clear that the challenge wasn't choosing a career.

It was learning how to make meaningful decisions without experiencing every decision as a loss.

COACHING TOPIC

How can I make committed choices while staying connected to my curiosity, values and long-term growth?

WHAT HAPPENED AFTERWARDS

Over the following coaching sessions, we explored her values, strengths and genuine interests. Rather than trying to eliminate every possibility, she gradually developed confidence in making committed choices while creating a life that still allowed curiosity, learning and continued exploration.

PURPOSE

"I need a different job"

Anna felt stuck in work that no longer suited her.

She believed changing careers would solve the problem, yet every possible direction felt uncertain. Whenever she tried to choose, she doubted herself and questioned whether she was making the right decision.

As we explored her situation, another pattern became visible.

The deeper challenge wasn't choosing a new career.

It was that she had lost confidence in recognising what she genuinely wanted.

COACHING TOPIC

How can I learn to trust my own inner experience when making important life decisions?

WHAT HAPPENED AFTERWARDS

Instead of making a dramatic career change immediately, we began with much smaller practices: noticing preferences, listening to her body, recognising genuine interest, and distinguishing her own desires from expectations she had carried for years. Over time, these small shifts created a much stronger foundation for future decisions.

BOUNDARIES

"I need to learn how to say no"

Sarah felt exhausted by constantly putting other people's needs before her own.

After difficult conversations she often realised she had agreed to things she didn't actually want to do, but in the moment she found it almost impossible to respond differently.

During our first conversation, we discovered that boundaries were only part of the picture.

Before she could communicate her limits, she first needed to reconnect with her own needs, values and priorities—something she had gradually stopped noticing.

COACHING TOPIC

How can I stay connected to myself while remaining open and caring toward others?

WHAT HAPPENED AFTERWARDS

Our coaching focused on recognising her needs earlier, preparing for challenging conversations, and gradually building the capacity to express herself with honesty, confidence and compassion rather than guilt or self-sacrifice.

VISIBILITY

"How can I grow my business?"

Michael had recently started his own business.

He knew he should reconnect with people in his professional network, but every message felt uncomfortable. Reaching out seemed like asking for a favour rather than offering something valuable.

During our first conversation, it became clear that networking wasn't the real challenge.

The deeper issue was how he saw his own professional value.

As long as talking about his work felt like seeking approval, every conversation became emotionally difficult.

COACHING TOPIC

How can I communicate my value with confidence, integrity and a genuine desire to contribute?

WHAT HAPPENED AFTERWARDS

Over the following coaching sessions, we worked on clarifying his professional identity, recognising the value he already brought to clients, and practising ways of speaking about his work that felt authentic rather than self-promotional.

MY COACHING APPROACH

A whole-person approach
to meaningful change

My work is informed by Integral Coaching®, a whole-person approach influenced by Ken Wilber's Integral Theory.

We look beyond the immediate problem to understand the bigger picture: your thoughts, emotions, habits, relationships, values and environment. This helps us to see not only what's happening, but how you are meeting the situation

diary.png

Different ways of meeting the same situation

Patterns become clearer

Through conversation, reflection and metaphors, we make patterns that may feel automatic or confusing easier to recognise

New ways become possible

We explore different ways of relating to the same challenge, creating more choice, flexibility and confidence

Change is

embodied

Insight is only the beginning. In continued coaching, we build practical ways to respond differently in real life.

You are not treated as a problem to be fixed.

We work with the whole person you already are, while expanding the range of ways available to you.

The metaphor we developed together became something I could actually step into.

Masha's calm, warm presence created a space where opening up and sharing felt possible and easy. She brought curiosity and precision to our sessions, exploring not only my thinking, but also the emotions and physical sensations beneath it.

The proof is in what has shifted: I feel significantly more empowered to use my voice and advocate for myself when it matters.

BRINGING CLARITY

What a Clarity session is
and what it is not

A Clarity Session is a focused conversation (60 minutes) designed to help

you step back, gain clarity and identify what matters most right now.

Bring clarity and perspective

WE DO

Explore your situation from multiple angles to uncover what's really going on

Identify the patterns shaping your decisions, reactions and results

Clarify what truly matters to you and where you want to go

Open up new perspectives and possibilities

Define a few meaningful next steps to move forward with intention

Promise quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions

WE DON'T

Solve all of your problems in one session

Provide a universal solution or tell you exactly what to do

Offer therapy, medical or financial advice

Put you in a box or label you

Replace the deeper transformation that comes from continued coaching and practice

Clarity is the first step. Real change happens over time, with support, practice and committed action.

ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Masha

I am an Integral Coach with a background in organizational transformation and leadership development, working with leaders and professionals across the world.

My own journey included immigration, healing childhood wounds and recovering from sever burnout. These experiences shaped my deep desire to help others who might feel stuck, overwhelmed or depleted.

I partner with leaders and professionals to help them gain clarity, navigate complex transitions and create meaningful change. My mission is to help you find a way forward when nothing seems to work, so you can finally feel the taste of life and happiness.

I don't believe in universal solutions.

People are unique, and even the same challenge (like setting boundaries for example) will look completely different depending on your personality, motivation and goals.
