A note from me to you
I genuinely care about this work.
It bothers me when I see smart, capable people struggling to make an Agile playbook fit a reality it was never designed for — or when Agile gets a bad reputation because we're so busy trying to do it “right” that we lose sight of why we're doing it in the first place.
I don't think the answer is to abandon your principles. But I don't think it's to keep hitting the same wall either.
That's why I'm trying the Agile Clinic.
This is a new format: bringing a small group of practitioners together, leaving the polished case studies behind, and talking honestly about situations that are actually difficult.
This is a pilot, and I'm experimenting too. You'll get the Clinic and 30 days to explore my course library. In return, I'd genuinely love your feedback and your help shaping what this format could become.
